Hello!

Thank you for taking the first steps in taking care of yourself. I am a licensed master social worker and have 15 years’ experience working in an array of settings and have provided professional counseling services to many different people. My concentration or specialty is working with adults dealing with family conflicts, relationship/intimacy issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, terminal diagnosis, perinatal and postpartum issues, female hormonal issues, and body image distortion.

I believe in building an honest and respectful relationship with my clients in providing them with compassion and empathy. I tend to provide a client-centered approach to my therapy with focusing on unconditional positive support and genuine empathy to help my client reach their improved self-worth and image. I believe that the client is the best person to be able to solve interpersonal conflict and resolution with assistance during therapy.

I look forward to working with you in the future.
