Hello! I'm Kelsey,
I am a down to earth, warm, empathetic and optimistic individual. As a provider I believe in building a healthy transparent therapeutic relationship with my clients. I understand the importance of meeting clients where they are and tailoring sessions to fit you and your needs. I want you to feel comfortable, safe and supported while expressing yourself and working towards your goals. My therapeutic approaches are Strength-based, Solution-focused, Interpersonal, Client-centered, and Family Systems Therapy.
A little about me: I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I earned both my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Wayne State University. My social work background consists of working in healthcare and providing support and counseling to children, individuals and families. I have experience with grief and loss, coping skill development, divorce, parenting, self-esteem, woman issues, behavioral concerns, and more. I am passionate about working with children, youth, adults and families.
My goal is to provide support, tools and strategies you can use to create change, build self-esteem, and reach your goals in a judgment-free environment. It would be a privilege to be a part of your journey.
