Hi, my name is Anna!

If you're beginning or continuing your mental health journey, I just want to say that I'm so glad you're here! It's a big step, and it might feel scary, but I will help ease your mind and support you throughout the process. I believe that everyone has the potential to become the best version of themselves, and I'm here to help you do that.

I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express their emotions, struggles, and fears.

My approach is focused on helping clients identify their unique strengths and empowering them to think deeper about themselves and their lives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or other challenges, I can help you find ways to set boundaries, make progress towards your goals, and discover coping strategies to move you forward towards healing and well-being.

Experience

I bring years of experience working with individuals of all ages, including parents and children, adolescents, and adults with varying religious, cultural, gender identity, and sexual orientation backgrounds. My areas of expertise include educating parents on child development and positive parenting skills, as well as helping families connect with vital resources. I have also supported adults with severe mental illness, utilizing a comprehensive and client-centered approach to their care.

I have extensive experience in providing therapy using a variety of approaches. My expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Perspective. I believe that every person is unique and deserves a personalized approach to their mental health needs, so I work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals.
